HVAC Technician (Experienced)

Location: Central Florida (Orange, Osceola, or Seminole Counties)
Schedule: Full-time | Year-round work | Company truck provided

What You’ll Do:

• Service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC/R systems
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• Communicate professionally with customers and teammates
• Complete digital service notes and maintain accurate records
• Knowledge of hot-side/gas equipment preferred

Experienced Techs:

Bring your 5+ years of commercial service experience and take ownership of your work in a company that values quality over sales quotas.

Hot-side experience a plus!

• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Clean background check (required for client sites)
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work safely on ladders
• Computer literacy for service documentation
