Commercial Insurance Account Manager (Bilingual & Remote)

We are actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. This is a non-sales role focused entirely on servicing existing clients. If you're a detail-oriented insurance professional who enjoys supporting clients, managing policy renewals, and providing excellent customer service—we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

· Manage day-to-day service needs for commercial lines clients

· Process Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and handle Excess & Surplus (E&S) renewals

· Manage endorsements, policy changes, and renewals with accuracy and attention to deadlines

· Respond to client inquiries and provide knowledgeable assistance in a timely, professional manner

· Work closely with producers and carriers to maintain and improve client relationships

· Keep accurate documentation in agency systems

· Collaborate with team members to ensure client needs are met with high satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

· Bilingual in Spanish/English is required

· 1+ year of experience in commercial lines servicing (agency or brokerage setting)

· Property & Casualty License (active and in good standing)

· Strong understanding of COIs, E&S renewals, endorsements, and related service functions
