Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) based in Lutz, FL. The CSR will assist clients with their insurance needs, including managing accounts, providing personalized customer service, and resolving inquiries. Responsibilities also include assisting with the review and renewal of commercial insurance policies, preparing quotes, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to provide clients with the best coverage options available.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Service and the ability to manage and support client relationships effectively.
• Knowledge of Insurance products and services; experience in commercial insurance or account management is a plus.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in Account Management and Sales skills, including preparing quotes and processing renewals.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with proficiency in using insurance software and standard office tools.
• Experience in the insurance industry preferred; a current insurance license is a bonus.
