Commercial Insurance Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Commercial insurance customer service representative / account manager to service an existing book of business along with marketing and quoting new business.

Responsibilities

  • New business marketing, quoting and processing.
  • Service existent book of business, including processing policies, daily service and renewals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving issues effectively, and maintaining ongoing communication.

Requirements

3-5 years experience quoting, servicing and renewing commercial insurance policies.

Ability to provide outstanding customer service while adhering to industry regulations such as HIPAA when applicable. Pay: $77,000.00 - $87,000.00 per year
