Commercial Kitchen Equipment Fabrication Technician (Stainless Steel)

We are hiring a skilled stainless-steel technician specialized in commercial kitchen equipment fabrication.

This role is NOT for general metal work — only candidates with restaurant / hotel / catering kitchen experience should apply.

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Fabrication:

Fabricate commercial kitchen equipment:

Exhaust hoods

Work tables

Sinks & grease traps

Shelving & storage units

Counters & trolleys

Cold room panels

Read and work from kitchen shop drawings

Ensure accuracy, hygiene standards & finishing quality

Technical Skills Required:

✅ TIG / MIG welding (stainless steel)

✅ Polishing & mirror finishing

✅ Bending, rolling, cutting & fabrication machines

✅ Fiber laser cutting machine operator

✅ CNC bending machine operator

✅ Banding / folding machine operation

✅ Install & assemble kitchen equipment as per drawing

Design / Technical Advantage:

➕ Ability to read and work with kitchen layouts

➕ Understanding of equipment specifications

➕ Experience as metal / kitchen equipment designer is a major plus

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years in commercial kitchen fabrication

Must have worked on:

Restaurant kitchens

Hotel kitchens

Catering kitchens

Ability to work from technical & fabrication drawings

High precision finish and strong quality control mindset
