Immediate permanent Full Time position available based out of our Aurora, Co office.

Compensation& Benefits:

Trainees will start at $18.00/HR

PLUS their easily earned weekly performance bonuses that are normally around $1.20-$2.25 per hour additional. Bonuses and benefits are paid IN ADDITION to the base and on time pay.

Responsibilities and Duties

Clean Kitchen Grease Exhaust Vent Systems, kitchen equipment, and other items as requested. Driving company vans and vehicles to and from job sites. Set up and operation of various pressure washing equipment and chemical applications. Manual removal of heavier buildup with various hand scrapers and mechanical equipment. Document cleanings and deficiencies with digital cameras. Communicate with customers and other staff, plus various other duties as requested and needed.

We are looking for an individual who takes pride in what they do. You will be driving company vehicles, so a Valid Drivers License with good driving record is a must.

**Driving record required for insurance company approval: May have 2 minor violations on past 2 years with no at fault accidents, OR 1 minor violation with no more than 1 at fault accident, AND no major or alcohol related violations in past 5 years. 18-20 year olds can not have any violations or accidents on their record.We are a growing company that has never had layoffs in our history with many of our staff that have been with us 10-20 years or more. Projects will be both home throughout the markets we work.

TRAVEL is requirement of the position, and this travel will often include overnight stays. WE TRAVEL AT LEAST 1 OF EVERY 4 WEEKS.Your hotel is arranged and paid for ahead of time, and you will be given per diem. Travel is an opportunity for extra pay in your weekly bonus!
