Commercial Kitchen & Laundry (AutoCAD & Revit)

We are seeking a skilled Draftsman with expertise in Commercial Kitchen and Laundry Design to join our design consultancy team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare detailed design drawings for commercial kitchens and laundry facilities using AutoCAD and Revit.

* ⁠Develop and manage Revit models for kitchen and laundry layouts and equipment coordination.

* ⁠Ensure designs comply with project requirements, codes, and international standards.

* ⁠Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, and other disciplines to achieve integrated designs.

* ⁠Revise and update drawings/models based on design team and client feedback.

* ⁠Prepare equipment schedules, BOQs, and technical submissions.

* ⁠Maintain proper documentation and version control of drawings and models.

* ⁠Deliver accurate design packages within agreed project deadlines.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Engineering/Interior Design (preferred).

* ⁠Minimum 2 years’ experience in drafting for kitchen and/or laundry design.

* ⁠Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (including modeling) is mandatory.

* ⁠Familiarity with international standards and workflows for kitchen & laundry facilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
