Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop commercial kitchen and laundry layouts based on operational efficiency.
• Perform professional kitchen workflow and layout planning.
• Prepare detailed MEP drawings (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing).
• Develop accurate Stainless Steel (SS) isometric drawings.
• Conduct site visits and understand on-site execution requirements.
• Take as-built dimensions and update drawings accordingly.
• Coordinate with project, installation, and sales teams to ensure design alignment.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi municipal regulations, health, and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial kitchen and laundry design within Saudi Arabia.
• Prior experience in companies serving restaurants, hotels, hospitals, or labor camps.

Proficiency in design software:

• AutoCAD (mandatory)
• Revit / SolidWorks / SketchUp (preferred)
• Strong understanding of kitchen workflow zones and laundry operations.
• Ability to interpret site conditions and execution drawings.
• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Knowledge of HACCP, NFPA, and local Saudi regulations is an advantage.
