Commercial Landscaping - Full-Time - Competitive Pay

Lawnpro Landscapes is seeking motivated and dependable Landscape crew member to join our commercial landscaping team. The position plays a vital role in maintaining high quality outdoor environment for our clients while working safely and efficiently as part of our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform commercial landscape maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and debris removal.

- Assist with mulch installation, planting, irrigation repairs , and seasonal clean-up.

- Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand tools.

-Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

- Maintain job site cleanliness and organization.

-Work collaboratively with crew members and supervisors.

-Represent the company professionally at all time and at client properties.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in commercial landscaping preferred (but willing to train motivated individuals).

-Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

-Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

-Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.

-Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

-Valid driver's license preferred (not required for all positions).

WORK ENVIRONMENT
