We’re looking for a Commercial Landscape Maintenance Crew Lead who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and understands the impact a strong crew has on every property we maintain. This is an hourly, hands-on leadership role working in the field every day.

What You’ll Do

• Lead a commercial landscape maintenance crew with accountability, professionalism, and respect
• Work alongside your crew performing daily maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, and general grounds upkeep
• Safely drive company vehicles and transport crew, equipment, and materials to job sites
• Ensure work is completed efficiently, safely, and to SunCo quality standards
• Communicate daily job expectations, priorities, and production goals to crew members
• Coach and support crew members to improve skills, productivity, and teamwork
• Perform job site quality checks and proactively address issues
• Operate, maintain, and care for landscape equipment and report maintenance needs
• Promote a positive team culture rooted in safety, accountability, and pride in workmanship

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Landscape maintenance and mowing experience (commercial preferred)
• Prior crew lead or leadership experience
• Ability to safely operate commercial landscape equipment
• Strong communication skills and a hands-on leadership style
• Dependable, organized, and safety-focused
• Comfortable using basic technology and mobile apps for timekeeping and job tracking
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
