Commercial Landscaping - Full-Time - Leadership Role

Lawn Pro Landscapes is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to provide frontline leadership and technical oversight for commercial landscape maintenance operations. Reporting to the Manager, this position directs daily crew activities, ensures safety compliance, maintain quality standards, and support operational excellence across assigned properties.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Landscape Supervisor leads and manages field crews performing commercial landscape maintenance and enhancements services. The role is responsible for planning daily operations, ensuring equipment and materials readiness, maintaining safety standards, documenting performance, and servings a key liaison between management, crews, and clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - CREW SUPERVISION & FIELD OPERATIONS

-Supervise and direct commercial landscape maintenance crews.

-Plans and assign daily work schedules and route assignments.

-Conduct property inspections and quality control review.

-Ensure proper materials , tools, and equipment are available for daily operations.

-Operates landscaping equipment as needed.

-Support irrigation, turf, planting, and seasonal maintenance operations.

-Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the workday.

PUBLIC & CLIENT INTERACTION

-Maintain positive client and public relations.

-Address client concerns and professionally and promptly.

-Represent the company with professionalism and integrity

-Ensure job sites are safe, organized, and compliant.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

-1 year of Commercial Landscaping or related field experience.

-Supervisory experience leading crew members.

-Valid Driver's License (CDL preferred A or B)

-Experience in operating commercial landscape equipment.

-Knowledge of turf, irrigation, plant care , and landscape maintenance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

-CDL (Class A or B)

-Bilingual (Spanish/English) - Optional, not required.

-Experience in managing crew members.

-Strong leadership skills.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
