Commercial Landscaping Account Manager

Austin’s leading commercial landscape service provider is hiring! Are you highly motivated, a self-starter, hardworking and great with clients? Looking for a company that will value your commitment and experience? Then look no further, this Account Manager position may be perfect for you.

Position Overview:

The account manager holds a portfolio of business clients and oversees all of their landscaping needs, including but not limited to enhancements, maintenance, and irrigation.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations:

  • Interact with clients on a daily basis to develop and maintain a positive working partnership
  • Meet and exceed client expectations
  • Provide quality control to help ensure client retention
  • Identify property enhancement opportunities

Operations:

  • Write client proposals, renewals and client budgets
  • Oversee irrigation management
  • Work with crews to deliver services in a timely and efficient manner
  • General crew management

Position reports to the Operations Manager, located in South Austin (78704)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Horticulture understanding, landscaping or related industry experience or education
  • Driven, honest, highly motivated with an aptitude to learn and grow
  • Must be open to new ideas and opportunities and willing to put the team first
  • 1- 5 years industry experience preferred
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • General knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office

Additional benefits include:

Competitive salary range from $65,000 - $85,000 annually plus commission, negotiable based on years of industry experience and licenses
