Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and up to company standards
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Train new crew members as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Ability to enter/access military base (Ft. Moore)
• Previous landscaping and leadership experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
