Commercial Lawn Maintenance

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Commercial Lawn Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of our properties and grounds. This role requires a proactive individual who can perform at a fast pace and also do various maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain equipment in various maintenance tasks.
• Perform tree trimming/mulching properties during winter months with a chipper.
• Conduct mowing maintenance, including weed-eating and blowing.
• Regularly inspect facilities and grounds to identify lawn maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with other team members to complete our properties efficiently.
• Maintain a clean vehicle and organized work environment at all times.

Experience

• Previous experience in commercial lawn maintenance or landscaping is preferred.
• Familiarity with lawn equipment used in maintenance tasks is essential.
• Knowledge of lawn and landscape maintenance practices, including mowing, weed-eating and tree trimming is a plus.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
