A leading financial services company is seeking an experienced commercial attorney on a full-time (40 hours per week), interim/contract basis for an initial 4 month term (through January 2026).

Title: Commercial Counsel (contract)

Experience: 7+ Years

Location: On Site (Purchase, NY or Miami, FL)

Hours: 40 Hours / Week

Duration: 4 Months (From 9/30/2025 until 1/30/2026)

Pay Rate: $100 - $115 / hr

A leading financial services company's payments team is seeking a Mid-to-Senior Associate-level Attorney to join their team as contingent worker. The attorney will play a critical role in establishing the foundational legal resources for managing AI services and AI-powered solutions. The role's responsibilities will include:

• Draft, review, revise and negotiate Company's cardholder services agreements with Company’s vendors.
• Advise on issues or inquiries related to the terms of these agreements.
• Provide guidance, in collaboration with outside counsel as needed, on insurance-related matters.
• Provide risk assessments on contractual terms.
• Participate in conference calls and contract negotiations with various prospective vendors and insurance providers, as applicable, articulating Company's position on the terms of these agreements.
• Have strong communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Work onsite from our Purchase, NY or Miami, FL offices.
