Commercial Legal Counsel – Tech Startup – New York

$175,000 - $200,000 | 5 days a week in the office

We’re working with a fast-growing tech startup in New York looking for a sharp, commercially minded Legal Counsel to join their small, high-impact legal team. You’ll handle a wide mix of commercial contracts, vendor agreements and terms of business for a global, institutional client base.

You do not need financial-services experience. We want commercial counsel from tech startups or scale-ups — people who thrive in fast-moving environments and are confident negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.

This role is five days a week in the New York office .

Salary: $175,000–$200,000 + bonus + benefits.
