Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, commercially sharp, and performance-driven Commercial Leasing Lead Specialist to manage and qualify commercial leasing inquiries across multiple channels.

This role plays a critical revenue-support function, ensuring that only serious, verified, and conversion-ready business leads are assigned to our commercial leasing consultants—maximizing efficiency and closing ratios.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Screen and qualify incoming commercial leasing leads from portals, calls, social media, and walk-ins
✔ Understand and verify client requirements, including:

• Business activity & profile
• Budget & payment capability
• Preferred location & property size
• Fit-out requirements
• Move-in timeline

✔ Categorize leads as

• Hot / Warm / Cold
• based on seriousness and readiness

✔ Assign qualified leads to commercial leasing consultants in a timely manner

✔ Maintain accurate

• CRM records, call logs, and follow-up trackers

✔ Eliminate non-serious, irrelevant, or unqualified inquiries

✔ Share lead insights and feedback to improve leasing conversion performance

Candidate Requirements;

✔ Experience in commercial real estate leasing, telesales, or lead qualification (preferred)
✔ Excellent communication and client-handling skills in English
(Arabic / Hindi is an added advantage)
✔ Ability to manage high-volume commercial inquiries professionally
✔ Strong understanding of Dubai’s commercial leasing market
(offices, shops, retail units, warehouses, showrooms)
✔ Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
✔ Target-oriented, detail-focused, and process-driven mindset
