Commercial Liability Claims Adjuster

UCA General Insurance Services is a Commercial Insurance MGA writing preferred insurance products in Hospitality, Habitational, and other classes of program business. Many of our employees have been with the company for more than 10 years.

We are seeking a Liability Claims Adjuster for our in-house commercial claims division, Precision Risk Management (PRM). PRM is a commercial claims administrator for policies underwritten by UCA General. Our ideal candidate would be an individual who has several years of experience adjusting liability claims for the commercial property & casualty insurance industry.

About the position/qualifications:

· Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial liability claims handling.

· Able to work with staff, IAs, and Public Adjusters.

· Ability to multi-task and work on several complex files at a time.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Prepare large loss reports for the Insurer.

· Familiar with and understands California Fair Claims Practices Act.

· CA Independent Adjuster license is preferred, but not necessary.

· Remote working acceptable but the adjuster will need to be in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
