Duties

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, providing tailored solutions that meet client needs
  • Develop new business through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales strategies
  • Negotiate policy terms and coverage options to optimize client satisfaction while achieving company goals
  • Conduct analysis of clients’ risk profiles to recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Maintain detailed sales administration records, including quotes, policy changes, and renewal documentation
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
  • Assist benefits administration processes when applicable, ensuring clients understand coverage options and benefits

Qualifications

  • 10+ years experience in a senior service role.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or insurance sales with a strong track record of meeting targets
  • Excellent negotiation skills coupled with strong analysis capabilities to assess client needs accurately
  • Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with sales administration tools and CRM systems to track client interactions and follow-ups
  • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is a plus when dealing with sensitive information in health-related insurance products
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships based on trust and professionalism

Pay: $56,466.18 - $150,000.00 per year
