Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities

• Proven experience as a Commercial Lines Insurance Agent or similar role in the insurance industry.
• Valid state insurance license.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and regulations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent multitasking, time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in insurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Assess client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
• Prepare and present insurance proposals to existing and potential clients.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and changes to coverage as needed.
• Work closely with underwriters and insurance carriers to negotiate policy terms.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain accurate records.
