Role Description

As an Associate Attorney at Fink Bressack, your primary responsibilities will include drafting legal documents (pleadings, briefs (trial and appellate), discovery, etc), providing legal advice, legal research, interacting directly with clients and opposing counsel, representing clients in court, taking and defending depositions, and assisting with trials. This is a hybrid role, based in Bloomfield Hills, MI, with potential for some remote work.
