Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. . This role requires exceptional negotiation and legal research skills, along with the ability to effectively represent clients in litigation matters. The Litigation Attorney will be responsible for managing cases from inception through trial, ensuring that all legal procedures are followed and clients' interests are vigorously defended.

Duties

• Represent clients in court proceedings and during negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research using tools: Westlaw.
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Engage in settlement negotiations with opposing counsel.
• Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations relevant to practice areas such as securities law and tribal law & regulations.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff within the firm to ensure comprehensive case management.

Experience

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly.
• Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution is highly desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
