Position Overview
We are seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney - full-time or part-time - to join our Philadelphia team. While we strongly prefer candidates with 5+ years of litigation experience, we also welcome exceptional junior attorneys who have demonstrated strong research, writing, and analytical abilities and are eager to develop expertise in international litigation and arbitration.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and litigate commercial disputes and support senior attorneys on large-scale matters

· Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, briefs, motions, and memoranda

· Assist with all phases of discovery, including depositions and document review

· Participate in federal and state court proceedings and international arbitration matters

· Work collaboratively on matters involving foreign jurisdictions

· Provide strategic input and support on commercial and international litigation issues

Qualifications

· J.D. from an accredited law school

· Admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (or pending admission for junior candidates)

· Preferred: Minimum of 5 years of commercial litigation and/or arbitration experience

· Also considered: Highly capable junior candidates with exceptional writing skills and a strong interest in international dispute resolution

· Excellent analytical and advocacy abilities

· Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines

· Russian language skills are a plus, but not required

Pay: $91,303.61 - $109,957.03 per year
