Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Litigation Attorney role located in White Plains, NY. The attorney will handle all aspects of construction and commercial litigation, including case strategy, complex research and drafting motions, conducting depositions, attending court conferences, arguing motions and communication with clients. The role also involves advising clients on intricate legal issues and finding innovative and practical solutions to resolve disputes efficiently.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate degree from accredited US law school, admission to practice law in New York State.
• Expertise in drafting and arguing complex motions;
• Appearing at court for motions, conferences and trials;
• Experience conducting and defending depositions;
• Drafting construction contracts;
• Exceptional research, communication, and negotiation skills;
• Detail oriented and independent thinker;
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic approaches to complex legal disputes.
• Previous experience in construction law or commercial litigation is a significant advantage.
