Commercial Litigation Executive:

Location: Vadodara

B Com., M Com. with 1 to 3 years of Exp. in contract drafting.

LLB will be an added Qualification.

Communication in English is Mandatory. Should be versed with MS Office(Word, Excel, PPT)

Job Description:

The Candidate will be responsible for reviewing Contracts in detail, including commercial & statutory terms and conditions.

Will need to anticipate & highlight potential threats and recommend remedial measures to protect the interests of the clients.

Timely review of the KPI's with the customers.

Alert the designated body or person about any non-compliance and present the MIS before the management concerned.

Get updates through relevant establishments and bodies about the National and International laws and bylaws, and ensure to include such in the checklists.

Maintaining data and updating MIS

Working with a small dedicated team.

Perks: Rs. 1.8 LPA to 2.4 LPA

Locals from Vadodara will be preferred.
