Job Overview
Title: Commercial Litigation Paralegal

Seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have experience with a desire to support several attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including court filings, preparation of pleadings,

calendaring, discovery, and trial preparation.

The role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to

Requirements:

• Ability to organize and maintain documents including case files, drafting pleadings and

preparing discovery documents

• Manage and track calendar/docketing deadlines

• Thorough knowledge of software such as Word and Excel

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion

• Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities in a fast-paced and time sensitive environment

• Ability to manage interactions with clients, attorneys and other staff members in a professional and courteous manner

• Ability to maintain regular, on-time attendance; overtime required on occasion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
