About the Role We’re seeking a dynamic professional to lead both commercial strategy and warehouse operations. This hybrid role requires balancing revenue growth with operational efficiency—driving sales performance while ensuring seamless inventory management, storage, and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO)
• Minimize losses/damages through effective controls
• Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
• Implement safety and compliance standards across warehouse operations
• Optimize space utilization and operational efficiency
• Drive sales performance and manage profitability

Skills & Competencies

• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Expertise in inventory management and warehouse operations
• Proficiency in ERP/WMS systems and Excel
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Leadership and team management skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
• 5–10+ years of experience in commercial and warehouse/logistics roles
• ERP or inventory systems experience preferred
