Commercial Maintenance Technician (Support Role)

Eastbrook Properties is seeking a dependable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to support our growing portfolio of commercial properties throughout the Kansas City area.

This is a very hands-on supportive role, working directly under our maintenance supervisor—ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, takes pride in their work, and enjoys a variety of tasks both inside buildings and outdoors.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with day-to-day maintenance and repairs across multiple commercial properties
• Perform general repairs including drywall, painting, minor plumbing, and basic electrical
• Knowledge of landscaping/ sprinkler system maintenance
• Help with small construction projects and tenant build-outs
• Maintain exterior grounds and overall property appearance
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Support light HVAC maintenance ( basic troubleshooting)

What We’re Looking For:

• 1–3+ years of maintenance, landscaping, construction, or hands-on mechanical experience preferred
• Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Valid driver’s license required
