Client for Kafaat is looking for Commercial Manager:
Job Purpose:
To provide strategic leadership and direction in identifying potential new business development opportunities in the GCC region. The role requires expertise across multiple sectors including real estate, retail, education, manufacturing, and healthcare, with the aim of driving growth and positioning the company as a trusted business partner.
Key Responsibilities:

Research and identify new business opportunities in the GCC to support company growth plans.

Drive sales results with a client-first mindset.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, becoming a trusted business partner.

Prepare and present business proposals, ensuring compliance with pre-qualification criteria.

Manage proposal offers, bids, and proactively resolve performance, scope, cost, and schedule issues.

Network with business and government leaders, attend client workshops, meetings, and industry events (roadshows, seminars).

Maintain a database of key executives/decision makers for future opportunities.
Project Operations & Delivery

Oversee and manage client assignments, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

Set up project control procedures, risk management, and execution strategies.
-
Lead research, data collection, due diligence, analysis, report writing, and presentations.

Supervise business analysts/consultants, ensuring training and quality assurance.

Manage third-party vendors and partners.
-
Travel across the GCC and Middle East for research and client meetings.
Marketing & Strategy
-
Develop marketing initiatives and collateral to strengthen company image.

Contribute to long-term business development strategy and sales forecasts.

Drive roll-out strategies for new product introductions.

Support senior management in business plan/strategy development.

Keep abreast of industry trends and integrate new approaches/methodologies into projects.
Qualifications & Experience
-
Minimum 15+ years of experience in solution sales with proven business development and client growth track record.

Strong background in marketing, business development strategies, and research processes.

Expertise in real estate, retail, education, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors.

Proven experience as a content creator and in building marketing campaigns (preferably with LinkedIn).

Hands-on experience with CMS, published articles, SEO/SEM, and Google Analytics.

Strong analytical and reporting skills, including data extraction and KPI monitoring.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.
Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

Familiarity with digital publishing, keyword research, and online engagement monitoring.
-
Ability to produce and optimize high-quality digital content.
