We are looking for a
Commercial Manager
to join our team and lead end-to-end commercial activities, tendering processes, and client growth initiatives
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the
tendering cycle from A–Z
, including technical and commercial submissions.

Prepare pricing models, BOQs, and cost structures for soft services—
especially cleaning
.

Identify new business opportunities and support
Business Development
activities to expand market presence.

Conduct market analysis, competitor mapping, and feasibility studies for new contracts.

Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and suppliers.

Ensure compliance with company standards, tendering platforms, and CRM systems.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
-
5–7 years of experience
in
Facilities Management (FMS)
with a strong focus on
soft services – cleaning

Strong knowledge of pricing, costing, and proposal development for cleaning contracts
-
Familiarity with tendering portals, CRM systems, and FM industry standards.
-
Arabic and English fluency is required.
