The Commercial Manager is responsible for developing and executing the overall commercial strategy of
our client
, ensuring sustainable revenue growth, brand expansion, supplier alignment, and strong international partnerships. This role oversees pricing strategy, sales policies, marketing calendar execution, supplier negotiations, and cross-functional coordination with procurement, logistics, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities

Develop annual and long-term commercial growth strategy aligned with revenue targets.

Strengthen relationships with existing brands and negotiate commercial terms.

Approve pricing structures, dealer margins, and discount policies.

Develop and monitor annual brand marketing calendar (≥95% execution).

Ensure marketing ROI effectiveness and campaign performance monitoring.

Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth import/export operations.

Maintain ≥95% stock availability rate.

Provide monthly performance reports to international brands.
International Brand Communication & Representation

Act as the official communication bridge between
our client
and all foreign brands and international suppliers.

Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, exclusivity rights, and annual targets.

Ensure timely submission of monthly and quarterly performance reports to international principals.

Represent
our client
in virtual/global meetings and strategic discussions with foreign partners.

Align local sales and marketing strategies with brand guidelines and international expectations.

Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and territory agreements.

Maintain professional English communication standards in all international correspondence.
Required Qualifications

MBA in Business Administration, Marketing, or Supply Chain.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Commercial, Brand, or Sales Management role.

Experience handling international brands and supplier negotiations.
