Commercial Manager

oneshot is a home-grown hydration supplement brand scaling across the GCC. We're looking for our first dedicated commercial hire, someone who can own revenue growth end-to-end across retail, HoReCa, B2B, and e-commerce.

This is not a "manage the pipeline" role. It's a build-it, open doors, close deals, figure-it-out role. You'll work directly with the founder and have full ownership of commercial growth for a brand that's already in market with real traction and a loyal following.

What you'll own
  • Retail and modern trade: secure and grow listings in supermarkets, pharmacies, and health retailers across UAE, KSA, and broader GCC. Negotiate shelf placement, promotional calendars, and distribution terms.
  • HoReCa: open hotel, gym, cafe, and wellness center accounts. Build oneshot into the go-to hydration partner for fitness and hospitality venues.
  • Corporate wellness and B2B: develop corporate sales including bulk orders, wellness program partnerships, government entity contracts, and event sponsorships.
  • E-commerce and marketplaces: grow presence on Noon, Amazon, Talabat, Ninja, and other platforms. Manage trade spend and optimize listings.
  • GCC expansion: lead commercial entry into new markets, starting with KSA. Identify distributors, negotiate partnerships, and navigate local regulatory and commercial requirements.
What you bring
  • 7+ years in commercial or sales roles in FMCG, consumer goods, health, or sports nutrition.
  • A real network in GCC retail, distribution, or B2B, especially in KSA.
  • A track record of opening new accounts and channels, not just managing existing ones.
  • Comfort operating in a startup: low structure, high ownership, direct access to the founder.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
Nice to have
  • Existing relationships with key GCC retailers (Carrefour, Lulu, Panda, Danube, Al Nahdi) or gym and hotel chains.
  • Experience with marketplace operations (Noon Seller Center, Amazon Seller Central, Ninja).
  • Background in health, wellness, or sports nutrition.
What success looks like in year 1
  • oneshot listed in 10+ major retail chains across UAE and KSA.
  • A pipeline of 10+ active corporate and B2B accounts generating recurring revenue.
  • HoReCa presence in at least 20 venues across two markets.
  • Marketplace revenue growing month-over-month with optimized trade spend.

Reports to: Founder directly.

Compensation: Competitive base + performance-linked bonus. Happy to discuss on a call.
