Commercial Manager

The Role
I’m currently supporting a large consultancy in Riyadh looking to appoint a Commercial Manager to support the team. You must be from a consultancy background, based in KSA and the budget is set at SAR 28,000. This opportunity will suit someone from a consultancy background (NOT Contractor), and has built strong regional experience working on large-scale built environment projects. You must have 10–12+ years’ experience in commercial or quantity surveying roles, with a solid understanding of cost planning and cost reporting, commercial management, client reporting, and the ability to operate independently across multiple projects. Previous and proven experience working on projects in Saudi Arabia is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Commercial position - Must be degree educated - Strong experience in cost planning, cost reporting, client reporting etc - Must have worked on large scale projects in KSA - Must be Consultancy environment NOT contractor
