Role Description

SLGTrax is seeking a full-time, on-site Commercial Manager based in Karachi. The role involves managing and developing commercial strategies to optimize business growth and ensure profitability. Responsibilities include analyzing market trends, developing business plans, managing contracts, overseeing commercial agreements, and leading teams to achieve organizational goals. The Commercial Manager will play a key role in fostering client relationships, negotiating agreements, and ensuring consistent adherence to best practices in commercial management.

Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Expertise in Commercial Management and Business Planning to support strategic growth
  • Proven experience in Team Management and leadership
  • Proficiency in Contract Management, including negotiation and compliance
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus
  • Familiarity with supply chain or logistics sectors will be considered an advantage
