Commercial Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team for a high-rise tower project in Business Bay, Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all commercial and contractual aspects of the project, including cost control, budgeting, subcontract management, variations, claims, and project financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all commercial and contractual activities related to the project
• Monitor project budgets, cost control, and financial performance
• Review and manage subcontract agreements, payments, and variations
• Prepare and evaluate variations, claims, and commercial correspondence
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients
• Monitor project cash flow and support monthly valuations and payment applications
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements
• Support procurement and commercial negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors
• Prepare commercial reports, forecasts, and management updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial management for construction projects
• Strong experience in high-rise building projects
• UAE construction experience is preferred
• Strong knowledge of contracts, cost control, variations, and claims
• Good negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple commercial activities and deadlines

Preferred:

• Familiarity with FIDIC contracts and UAE construction practices
• Experience in interior and finishing stage projects
• Immediate joiners are preferred
