Position : Commercial Manager

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of civil construction projects.
• Oversee cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and variations.
• Prepare and evaluate claims, payment applications, and final accounts.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure commercial objectives are achieved.
• Lead and mentor the quantity surveying and commercial team.
• Ensure effective cost control and risk management throughout project execution.
• Lead and mentor the quantity surveying and commercial team.

Qualification & Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of UAE experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and UAE construction regulations.
• Proven experience in cost management, contract administration, and claims management.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and commercial management software.
