Commercial Manager - Facade Works (Aluminum & Glass)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of our façade projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of aluminum and glass works, cost control, contract administration, and client negotiation. This role is crucial in ensuring the company’s profitability and smooth execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all commercial and contractual activities related to façade projects.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and commercial agreements.
• Manage project budgets, cost estimations, and financial forecasting.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Oversee billing, payment follow-ups, variations, claims, and change orders.
• Coordinate with project managers, site teams, procurement, and finance to ensure cost efficiency.
• Conduct risk analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Prepare periodic commercial reports for senior management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum 6–10 years of experience as a Commercial Manager in aluminum, glass and façade projects.
• Strong knowledge of commercial management, contract law, and procurement processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of project management and QS tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in UAE façade industry.
• Knowledge of local market suppliers and subcontractors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
