Commercial Manager - Super High-Rise Towers

We are seeking a highly qualified and senior-level Commercial Manager to join our team for a newly launched, high-profile Super High-Rise Towers project.

Mandatory Experience Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in the UAE or GCC (UAE experience is essential)
• Strong proven experience in mega construction projects, preferably high-rise or super high-rise developments
• Solid background working with Tier-1 contracting companies
• Demonstrated experience managing high-value contracts and large project budgets

Core Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for commercial, contractual, and financial management of the project
• Managing contracts, variations, claims, EOTs, and final accounts
• Leading cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Ensuring project profitability and commercial risk mitigation
• Close coordination with Project Management, Contracts, Finance, and Planning teams
• Advising senior management on commercial strategies and decisions

Skills Education & Professional Qualifications (Mandatory / Preferred)

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts (mandatory)
• Professional certifications such as RICS, PMP, or equivalent are highly preferred

Key Competencies

• Strong negotiation and contract administration skills
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and leadership abilities
• In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction market, regulations, and commercial practices
• Ability to work under pressure on high-value, fast-track projects
