Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify new business opportunities via cold calls, networking, referrals, and market research.
  • Client Engagement: Meet with potential and existing clients (in-person/virtual) to understand needs and build rapport.
  • Sales & Negotiation: Present products/services, tailor solutions, negotiate terms (price, delivery), and close deals.
  • Account Management: Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, secure repeat business, and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Reporting & Strategy: Use CRM software to track sales, report on performance, analyze market trends, and provide feedback.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, technical, and support teams for seamless customer experience.
  • Representation: Attend trade shows, events, and conferences to promote the brand and generate leads.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales track record with targets met.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Deep understanding of products/services and market.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
