Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday – After 6:00 PM
Compensation: $900 per month (3-location cleaning route)

About the Route

The cleaner hired for this role will service three professional office locations:

• Rutherfordton, NC
• Forest City, NC
• Shelby, NC

All locations are serviced by one cleaner on a recurring evening schedule.

Schedule

Monday, Wednesday, Friday
After 6:00 PM

This is a long-term recurring cleaning route.

Responsibilities

The cleaner assigned to this route will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and professional presentation of three office facilities.

Duties include:

• Cleaning offices and shared workspaces
• Restroom sanitation and cleaning
• Trash removal and liner replacement
• Vacuuming carpeted areas
• Mopping hard floors
• Following site-specific cleaning checklists
• Maintaining consistent quality across all locations
• Securing each building upon completion

Compensation

• $300 per location
• $900 total monthly compensation

Compensation is flat-rate per location, not hourly.

Payments are issued twice per month:

• 15th of the month
• Last business day of the month

Supplies & Equipment

Cleaning equipment and consumable supplies are provided at each location.

Cleaner must provide:

• Personal gloves
• Cleaning rags

Experience Requirements

Applicants must have at least 2 years of commercial janitorial experience.

Experience cleaning professional or commercial office environments is strongly preferred.

Applicants should be comfortable:

• Working independently
• Following detailed cleaning checklists
• Managing multiple locations
• Maintaining consistent quality standards
