Job Summary:

Alpine Marine Services is seeking a proactive Commercial Operations Coordinator to manage vessel movements, port coordination, and shipping documentation. The role ensures smooth communication between vessel master/owner, port authorities, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate vessel arrival, berthing, and departure schedules
• Liaise with different parties, e.g., ports, and operational teams
• Prepare and submit shipping and port documentation on time
• Monitor vessel operations for compliance and efficiency
• Resolve operational delays and support smooth vessel turnaround

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Maritime, Logistics, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in port agency, vessel operations, or maritime coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced port environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
