Commercial Operations Executive

Location: DHA Phase 6, Lahore (Full-Time Onsite)

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Job Summary

The Client Success & Commercial Operations Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring accurate sales order processing, and coordinating commercial operations from order receipt to dispatch. This role requires strong communication, structured follow-up, and the ability to work closely with factory, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure seamless operational flow and an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for clients regarding orders, updates, and service queries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, transporters, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Provide proactive communication on order status, delivery timelines, and operational updates.
  • Handle client escalations professionally and resolve issues in a way that protects company interests.
  • Gather feedback to continuously improve customer experience and service efficiency.
  • Receive and accurately record sales orders from clients and directors.
  • Prepare, validate, and update Sales Orders, including revisions due to dispatch discrepancies or customer requests.
  • Ensure commercial documentation is accurate, complete, and systematically maintained.
  • Coordinate closely with the Dispatch Supervisor to ensure correct loading and timely dispatch.
  • Address and resolve any issues identified during loading, including immediate adjustments to Sales Orders.
  • Track dispatch progress and keep clients updated.
  • Maintain timely communication with factory, logistics, accounts, and management teams.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Officer for accurate and timely invoice preparation.
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned to support efficient delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales orders, client interactions, and dispatch confirmations.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales activity, dispatch status, and pending orders.
  • Ensure adherence to internal documentation processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, client coordination, customer service, or sales support.
  • Experience in manufacturing or FMCG operations is preferred.
  • Strong communication and client-handling capabilities.
  • Excellent coordination and external stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong follow-up, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail.
