Based in Al Qusais, you will be the primary driver of commercial efficiency and revenue protection.

Strategic Priorities

• Commercial Strategy: Align departmental operations with annual revenue targets, ensuring that our logistics and supply chains support our sales velocity.
• Contract & Vendor Management: Reviewing and optimizing trade agreements and supplier contracts to improve margins and reduce commercial risk.
• Financial Oversight: Working closely with the finance team to monitor P&L, manage operational budgets, and ensure cost-effective resource allocation.
• Cross-Functional Synergy: Breaking down silos between procurement, sales, and logistics to create a unified, high-speed commercial engine.

Candidate Requirements

• Commercial Tenacity: 6-8 years of experience in commercial operations, ideally within a large-scale trading or distribution company in the UAE.
• The "Qusais" Factor: You are comfortable in a high-traffic, industrial-commercial setting and understand the local logistics of Dubai’s trading hubs.
• Risk Management: Proven ability to identify commercial bottlenecks and implement legal and financial safeguards.
• Leadership: A history of leading diverse teams through high-pressure trading cycles and market fluctuations.
