Blue Brush Painting LLC is a commercial and residential painting company based in Kaysville, UT, with over 200+ in projects and a growing team of 8–12 skilled painters. We specialize in high-quality tenant improvements, exteriors, multifamily units, and warehouse repainting across Northern Utah & Southern Utah.

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced Painter Foreman to lead jobsite crews, ensure quality results, and communicate clearly with our English- and Spanish-speaking painters. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong potential for growth.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 2–6 painters on active job sites
• Coordinate daily setup, prep, painting, and cleanup
• Read and follow scope sheets and coating specs
• Track material usage and jobsite progress
• Ensure safety and jobsite efficiency
• Communicate effectively with owner, GCs, and bilingual crew members
• Perform walkthroughs, punch work, and final details as needed

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional painting experience
• 2+ years leading a crew or foreman-level experience
• Bilingual – Spanish and English (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
• Familiarity with Sherwin-Williams systems (ProMar, DTM, A-100, etc.) preferred
• Able to manage timelines, read basic plans, and lead by example
