Commercial Painter Prepper

Blue Brush Painting is looking for a reliable Paint Prepper to support our team on residential and commercial projects. This role focuses on surface preparation to ensure high-quality finishes and efficient job flow.

Responsibilities

• Mask, tape, and protect floors, fixtures, and surrounding areas
• Sand, scrape, patch, and caulk surfaces as needed
• Assist with cleaning and prepping walls, ceilings, and trim
• Set up and maintain a clean, organized job site
• Support painters with materials, tools, and daily tasks
• Follow safety guidelines and company standards

Qualifications

• Experience in painting or construction preferred (not required)
• Strong attention to detail and work quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders when needed
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company
