Qualifications: Commercial P&C Insurance Sales Producer
- Licensing: Active state-issued Property & Casualty license.
- Education: 4-year degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in an insurance sales role.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Skills: Strong analytical abilities and exceptional internal/external communication skills.

Key Responsibilities: Commercial P&C Insurance Sales Producer
- Drive Growth: Meet and exceed established sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Business Development: Utilize proprietary sales and marketing tools to execute cold calls, in-person appointments, and prospect presentations.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Master a chosen area of focus to ensure high-probability, long-term success.
- Retention: Actively manage a book of business to support high renewal rates.
- Collaboration: Partner with the Client Service team to analyze renewal business and place new accounts.
- Operational Excellence: Follow established sales methodologies and utilize the internal sales management platform (Salesforce).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
