Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Commercial Plumber to join our team and contribute to large-scale construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial buildings. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Responsibilities

• Ability to run water line and install sanitary systems.
• Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to assemble and modify plumbing components
• Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while adhering to safety protocols
• Conduct inspections of plumbing work to ensure compliance with building codes, schematics, and safety standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues related to plumbing or HVAC systems using mechanical knowledge and basic math skills

Skills

• Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong understanding of pipe threading, welding, and assembly techniques
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately
• Familiarity with construction site safety procedures and heavy lifting protocols
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in plumbing installation and repair
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) or ability to obtain one is a plus for site transportation needs
• Handyman experience or remodeling background is advantageous for versatile project support
