ALO Contracts are looking for an experienced commercial plumber for a live HMO conversion project in Byker, Newcastle.

The project consists of converting a former bank into 9 studio apartments and 2 retail units.

Works include:

• First and second fix plumbing
• Copper risers and distribution pipework
• Hot and cold water services
• Installation of heat pump hot water cylinders
• Multi-unit apartment plumbing systems
• Working from MEP consultant drawings

Applicants must have:

• Proven commercial or multi-unit residential experience
• Ability to read and understand plumbing drawings
• Experience with copper pipework and distribution systems
• Experience with unvented hot water systems
• Own tools and transport
• CSCS card

Immediate start available.

Good rates available for the right installer/team.
