We’re looking for an honest, reliable, and hardworking commercial plumber ready to take their career to the next level.

SHL Workforce is a delivery partner for M Group and hiring experienced commercial plumbers to install smart water meters for Thames Water across London.

This is a long-term contract with excellent earning potential, company-provided van and tools, and paid training to get you up to speed.

Your Role:

• Install commercial smart water meters (internal & external)
• No two days are the same – a mixture of appointments and cold calling on businesses throughout London to install or exchange their meter.
• Conduct site surveys and follow-up works
• Work to daily targets (jobs + surveys)
• Deliver professional, high-quality service
• Participate in a Saturday rota (1 in 3 or more if desired)

You’ll Need:

• Level 2 or similar in plumbing
• Experience with commercial plumbing systems
• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 1 year)
• A strong work ethic, honesty, and reliability
• Confidence working independently and with clients onsite
