Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead field crews. You will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on large commercial projects, including new construction and major renovations. The ideal candidate ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to code, while maintaining a strong culture of safety and excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Site Supervision: Supervise, train, and schedule plumbers and apprentices on site.
- Project Leadership: Read and interpret blueprints, submittals, and schematics to layout and execute plumbing systems.
- Installation Management: Oversee installation of hot/cold water, waste, vent, and underground piping (PVC, copper, no-hub).
- Material & Equipment: Coordinate with Project Managers for material ordering and tool logistics, ensuring efficient use of company assets.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce all safety protocols (OSHA) and ensure all work complies with Maryland plumbing codes.
- Reporting: Prepare daily logs, timecards, and update project progress to the project manager.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisor role.
- License: Maryland Journeyman and/or Master Plumber License.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, blueprint reading, and proficiency in, and installation of complex plumbing systems.
- Documentation: Ability to work with digital tools for time tracking and reporting.
- Driver's License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour
